Content Creator

Thank you for your interest in participating as a Content Creator at Grizz-Con 2026! We’re excited to spotlight talented creators who bring unique perspectives, engage their audiences, and contribute to the energy of our event. Please complete the application below as accurately as possible. This application does not guarantee acceptance.

By submitting this application, the applicant (“Content Creator”) agrees to the following Terms and Conditions for participation in Grizz-Con (“Event”):

1. Eligibility
Content Creators must provide accurate information when applying. Grizz-Con reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its sole discretion. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance or participation.

2. Content Requirements
The Content Creator agrees that:
• All submitted content, links, and examples must be their original work or properly licensed.
• Content must be appropriate for a family-friendly convention environment.
• Content containing hate speech, harassment, explicit sexual material, or illegal activities is strictly prohibited.

3. Conduct and Professionalism
Content Creators must behave respectfully toward attendees, staff, volunteers, vendors, guests, and other creators. Grizz-Con may revoke participation for unprofessional behavior, misconduct, or violation of event rules.

4. Promotion and Branding
If accepted, the Content Creator agrees to:
• Promote their participation at Grizz-Con using official branding assets provided by the convention.
• Avoid altering or misrepresenting the Grizz-Con logo or name.
• Refrain from implying sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement beyond what is formally granted.

5. Booth, Space, and Access (If Applicable)
Content Creators receiving booth space or special access understand that:
• Booth placement is determined by Grizz-Con and may change without notice.
• Booths must be kept clean, safe, and functional.
• All merchandise sold must comply with state laws and venue restrictions.
• The Content Creator is responsible for all equipment, materials, and personal items they bring.

6. Photography, Filming & Media Rights
By participating, the Content Creator grants Grizz-Con permission to photograph, record, and use their image, likeness, and booth setup for promotional purposes, both during and after the event.
Creators may film at the event so long as they follow venue rules and do not disrupt traffic flow, staff operations, or attendee safety.

7. Liability
Grizz-Con, its staff, volunteers, and partners are not responsible for:
• Loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
• Personal injury resulting from negligence on the part of the Content Creator.
Creators participate at their own risk and must follow all venue safety rules.

8. Compliance with Laws and Policies
All creators must comply with:
• Local, state, and federal laws
• Venue policies
• Grizz-Con rules and staff instructions

Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund or compensation.

9. Cancellation & Changes
Grizz-Con reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event or any part of the Content Creator program. If changes occur, the convention will make reasonable efforts to notify participants.

10. Agreement
By submitting this application, the Content Creator acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all Terms and Conditions listed above.
