AnimeDallas 2026 - Panelist Application

AnimeDallas thrives because of the passion, creativity, and dedication of our attendees. Year after year, the panels, performances, and events that make our convention memorable come not just from our convention guests, but from fans like you -- the very community that helps us bring anime to life.

By submitting your programming, you’re helping shape the experience that thousands of fellow fans will enjoy. Thank you for contributing your ideas, energy, and expertise to make AnimeDallas 2026 an event built by fans, for fans!

If you wish to submit multiple programs, you must complete this application form separately for each submission.

Arrival Policy & Cancellation

Approved panelists are expected to be checked-in and arrive at their assigned panel room at least 10 minutes before their panel's start time. If additional time is required for set-up or break-down, please let us know within the application. Failure to arrive within the alloted time, or communicate lateness/intent to arrive, may result in your panel being cancelled. A panel will be automatically cancelled should the panelist fail to arrive within 15 minutes of their scheduled start time, or after 1/4 of their alotted time - whichever is sooner.

Additional check-in details and panel room assignments will be provided prior to the event, and only after panels have been accepted and a schedule has been created.

Note: The only individuals permitted within the panel room prior to the panel start time will be volunteer staff, approved panelists, cosplay handlers, and their parents or guardians.

Complementary Ticketing & Badges

Up to three (3) free Panelist Badges will be provided to approved panelists, guaranteeing admission to this years event and easy identification & access to panel room locations. A panelist will only ever recieve one complimentary badge, even if they are approved for more than one panel. There will be no refunds for purchased badges if you have already purchased a badge for yourself by the time your application is approved.

Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy

In submitting your application, you confirm that any copyrighted material used in your panel is either owned by you, used with permission from the rights holder, or qualifies for use under Fair Use or a valid Creative Commons license.

• Age Requirement: All panelists must be at least 18 years old by the event date, or 16 years old with a parent or guardian present.

• Content Standards: All panel content must be family-friendly or clearly marked for mature audiences and pre-approved by event staff.

• Conduct: Presenters are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward attendees, staff, and fellow presenters and guests.

• Liability: AnimeDallas, its staff, and affiliates are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred before, during, or after your participation.

• Recording & Photography: Panels may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes by AnimeDallas.

• Advertisement & Presentation: AnimeDallas reserves the right to alter or revise the Name and Description of your panel for clarity or advertisement purposes.

Panelists found not adhering to these or our general convention policies may be rejected for future applications.
