Thank you for your interest in presenting at Grizz-Con 2026. This application is for individuals or groups wishing to host a panel, workshop, or attraction during the event. Please complete all sections carefully to ensure accuracy.
Panel space is limited, and submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance.

Grizz-Con Panel Application Terms and Conditions
By submitting this application, you agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by Grizz-Con (“the Event”):
1. Application and Approval
Submitting a panel application does not guarantee approval or placement at the event.
All applications are reviewed by the Programming Team based on content, relevance, and available space.
Applicants will be notified of approval or denial via email.
2. Panel Content and Conduct
Panelists must ensure their content is appropriate for the rating level they request and aligns with Grizz-Con’s community standards.
Panels containing mature or sensitive material must be clearly disclosed in advance for proper scheduling and labeling.
Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. Violations may result in panel cancellation and removal from the event.
3. Scheduling and Attendance
Approved panelists must arrive at their assigned room at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Failure to show up or notify staff of cancellation may affect eligibility for future Grizz-Con events.
Grizz-Con reserves the right to adjust panel times, rooms, or formats as necessary for scheduling needs.
4. Technical and Room Setup
Basic A/V equipment (projector, screen, microphones) may be provided upon request but is subject to availability.
Panelists are responsible for bringing their own laptops, adapters, and presentation materials.
Any special setup needs must be noted on the application form and approved prior to the event.
5. Promotion and Media
By participating, panelists grant Grizz-Con permission to use their panel title, description, and likeness for promotional purposes.
Recording or livestreaming by attendees must follow Grizz-Con’s media policy.
6. Professionalism and Behavior
Panelists are representatives of the event during their sessions and are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor toward attendees and staff.
Alcohol, illegal substances, or disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited in all panel spaces.
7. Cancellations and Changes
If a panelist must cancel, they are required to inform the Programming Team as soon as possible.
Grizz-Con reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any panel due to unforeseen circumstances, venue needs, or violations of these terms.
8. Liability
Grizz-Con, its organizers, and the venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
Panelists participate at their own risk and agree to hold harmless Grizz-Con and its affiliates from any claims arising from participation in the event.
