Thank you for your interest in hosting a Fan Panel at Big Charlotte Anime!
This is a special opportunity for our community to come together, share passions, and create memorable experiences for fellow fans.
We are truly grateful to everyone who applies and whether your panel is informative, entertaining, or interactive, we welcome your creativity and enthusiasm.
Selected panelists will have the chance to showcase their knowledge, connect with audiences, and help shape this exciting new tradition.
We look forward to reviewing your application and thank you for being a part of the very first Fan Panels at Big Charlotte Anime!
All Fan Panel applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
Applicants under 18 are still welcome to apply, but they must have a parent or legal guardian present during the panel.
Approved Fan Panel applicantions will receive (1) one weekend badge to Big Charlotte Anime as compensation for their participation.

By submitting this application, you agree to the following rules:
Compensation
Only the individual that applied for the panel will recieve one (1) Big Charlotte Anime weekend badge. There is no payment for hosting a panel. Any money spent on travel, materials, or lodging will not be paid back by the convention.
Your Responsibilities (The Panelist)
Your panel must be safe and follow all convention rules.
You are not allowed to have the following in your panel:
Illegal Acts: No illegal activities or hate speech.
Harassment: No bullying or making others feel unsafe, unwelcomed or unwanted.
Nudity: Zero Tolerance on showing any characters nude during presentations or depicted on prizes given away to attendees.
Characters Depicted as Minors: The display of characters depicted as minors (under the age of 18) in sexual or adult situations is strictly prohibited. This rule applies to any character established as a minor in their respective media or lore.The prohibition remains in effect even if the character is depicted or drawn to appear older than 18.
Supplies: You must bring your own materials (like laptops, props, or notes).
Safety: You are responsible for making sure your props and activities are safe for the audience.
Consequences
Violating these terms results in panel cancellation and the loss of convention access. All decisions made by Big Charlotte Anime are final.
