Thank you for your interest in hosting a Fan Panel at Big Charlotte Anime!
This is a special opportunity for our community to come together, share passions, and create memorable experiences for fellow fans.
We are truly grateful to everyone who applies and whether your panel is informative, entertaining, or interactive, we welcome your creativity and enthusiasm.
Selected panelists will have the chance to showcase their knowledge, connect with audiences, and help shape this exciting new tradition.
We look forward to reviewing your application and thank you for being a part of the very first Fan Panels at Big Charlotte Anime!
All Fan Panel applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
Applicants under 18 are still welcome to apply, but they must have a parent or legal guardian present during the panel.
Approved Fan Panel applicantions will receive (1) one weekend badge to Big Charlotte Anime as compensation for their participation.
Terms & Conditions
By submitting this application, you agree that hosting a Fan Panel is a voluntary activity and does not entitle you to financial compensation, appearance fees, or complimentary admission unless otherwise stated by Big Charlotte Anime.
All panelists must have valid event badges for the day(s) of their panel.
Panels are subject to approval, scheduling changes, time limitations, and location assignments at the discretion of Big Charlotte Anime.
Content presented must be appropriate for the convention audience, follow all venue and convention policies, and may not include harassment, hate speech, or illegal activity.
Panelists are responsible for providing their own materials and for ensuring the safety and appropriateness of any props, media, or demonstrations.
Big Charlotte Anime reserves the right to record, photograph, or livestream panels for promotional use, and by participating, you grant permission for your likeness and panel content to be used without additional compensation.
Failure to comply with these terms may result in panel cancellation and/or removal from the event.
