About the event

This event is for applications spanning multiple events during the 2026 season, such as permanent vendor applications, cast applications, performer applications, media pass, and special appearances. For event specific applications, such as vendor and employment applications, please refer to those events. Arkansas’ first permanent Renaissance Festival, this immersive event brings to life the sights, sounds, and spirit of a 16th-century European village. We have worked hard to bring together live jousting, enchanting performances, artisan vendors, and medieval feasts so there’s something for everyone to enjoy. We will be open every weekend in September and the first weekend of October. Our festival is a celebration of history, fantasy, and, most of all, community. Wander through our marketplace filled with costumed characters, musicians, and storytellers, all ready to share their talents and tales with you. With plenty of activities for children and adults alike—archery contests, a Kid’s Zone, and interactive theater—you’ll find adventure at every turn. For history enthusiasts, fantasy lovers, or anyone simply looking for a day of unique entertainment, the Arkansas Renaissance Festival offers an unforgettable experience for the whole family. Applications for booking the Arkansas Renaissance Festival and Dragonstone Springs for Special Events.  This includes weddings, birthdays, corporate meetings, etc.

Terms & Conditions

A deposit may be required to hold the space for the selected dates.  Space is not reserved until contract is signed by all parties and payment is received.  Arkansas Renaissance Festival holds the right to deny any reservation.
