By submitting a panel application, you agree to the following:
• Age Requirement: All panelists must be at least 18 years old by the event date.
• Content Standards: All panel content must be family-friendly or clearly marked for mature audiences and pre-approved by event staff.
• Conduct: Panelists are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward attendees, staff, and fellow guests.
• Liability: ZIMMAD EVENTS, its staff, and affiliates are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred before, during, or after your participation.
• Recording & Photography: Panels may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes by ZIMMAD EVENTS.
