2026 Cherry Blossom Festival Vendor Guidelines

Application Deadline
Friday, Febuary 27, 2026, at 11:00 PM
Applications are reviewed by a committee on a first-come, first-served basis. Accepted vendors will be contacted directly. Applications will close once the maximum number of vendor spaces has been filled.
Fees
Each 10x10 vendor space is $300.
Payment is due upon acceptance and is non-refundable. Payment secures your spot at the festival.
Check-In & Set-Up
Vendor spaces will be assigned by Cherry Blossom Festival staff.
Set-up may begin no earlier than Friday, March 27, 2026, at 6:00 PM, unless otherwise approved.
Vendors must be fully set up no later than 9:00 AM on Saturday, March 28, 2026.
Security
The Cherry Blossom Festival assumes no responsibility for theft, loss, or damage to vendor property during the festival.
General Overview
Vendors must be ready at opening and remain set up until closing each day. Booths must be staffed at all times.
Vendors who do not comply with these rules may not be invited to participate in future festivals.
The Festival assigns booth locations. Vendors may not sublease, rent, share, donate, or allow others to advertise in their space.
Payment
Once accepted, vendors must submit the $300 fee by March 2, 2026. This fee is non-refundable and guarantees the assigned space.
Certificate of Insurance (COI)
Vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance showing commercial general liability coverage of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and aggregate, naming Macon Georgia International Cherry Blossom Festival, Inc. as Certificate Holder and Additional Insured.
The certificate must include a cancellation clause stating the policy will not be canceled or reduced in coverage without 30 days’ notice to the Festival.
The COI must be submitted no later than March 3, 2026. Vendors without a COI by the deadline will not be permitted to participate.
Power & Utilities
The Festival does not guarantee access to power.
There is no water access on site.
Presentation & Conduct
All vendor spaces must be kept clean, attractive, and well-decorated.
Alcohol and drug consumption by vendors, employees, or volunteers is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate removal from the festival.
Load-Out
Load-out may not begin before 7:00 PM on Sunday, March 29, 2026.
All vendors must completely vacate their space by 9:00 PM on Sunday, March 29, 2026.
Additional Information
Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, chairs, and other equipment.
All spaces are located outdoors.
Booth locations are assigned by the Festival; moving locations without written permission may result in removal.
Vendors are responsible for maintaining a neat and professional appearance throughout the event.

- The Cherry Blossom Festival is a family-friendly event, and we ask you keep that in mind during your time onsite. We will ask you leave the premises if your setup is not suitable for the variety of ages and backgrounds we serve at the Festival. Additionally, clothing must not have sensitive language, disturbing images, and/or suggestive images or words on them. Please initial stating you have read and agree to the above policies.
- FORCE MAJEURE. I understand and agree that neither Macon Georgia's International Cherry Blossom Festival, Inc., nor I (the “parties”) will be liable for any failure or delay in performing an obligation under this Agreement that is due to any of the following causes, to the extent beyond the Party’s reasonable control: natural disasters or acts of God, accident, riots, war, terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, civil commotion, breakdown of communication facilities, breakdown of web host, breakdown of internet service provider, natural catastrophes, governmental acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations, national strikes, fire, explosion, generalized lack of availability of raw materials or energy. For the avoidance of doubt, Force Majeure shall not include (a) financial distress nor the inability of either party to make a profit or avoid a financial loss, (b) changes in market prices or conditions, or (c) a party's financial inability to perform its obligations hereun
- Please sign your name acknowledging you understand that Macon, Georgia’s International Cherry Blossom Festival is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged merchandise, wares or equipment. Vendors accept responsibility, liability and costs for any lost, stolen or damaged merchandise, wares and equipment. Vendors are advised to secure their setups, merchandise, wares and equipment overnight and in case of inclement weather.
- The undersigned, recognizes that this application is submitted for the express purpose of assisting Macon, Georgia’s International Cherry Blossom Festival in making a determination regarding an award of space at the Festival; acknowledges that all information is true, and any false information will terminate space at the Festival.
