Each Entry must submit an application. Parade applications are accepted through Friday, November 7 at 5 p.m. Space is limited.ย
You will be notified if you are Approved or placed on the Wait List by Wednesday, November 12.

All drivers must provide proof of liability insurance and proof of Drivers License.

There is a limited number of participants accepted. Please read the rules and guidelines carefully before submitting your application. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES WILL RESULT IN REMOVAL FROM THE PARADE.

By completing this application, all entries and entry participants agree to Town of Fort Mill's Indemnify and Hold Harmless Agreement. INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT: I/we further agree to indemnify, and hold harmless the Town of Fort Mill, Town Depts. Events Committee and its employees, volunteers, or agents against loss or expense, including attorneyโs fees for loss or expense because of bodily injury, death or property damage sustained by any person or persons.

It is further agreed that I/we, as participants, will provide proof of drivers license and general liability and auto insurance for the parade entry.

Participant further agrees to have received, read, understood, and will fully comply with all of the Town of Fort Mill Parade Rules and Regulations. No refunds for any reason.
