• I hereby understand and agree that my participation in the Boynton Beach Holiday Boat Parade is voluntary and at my own risk. I hereby certify that there exists hull liability, property damage, and personal insurance on the vessel that I have entered and that these insurance policies cover my participation in the parade. I hereby agree to hold harmless and indemnify the sponsors and the cities of Boynton Beach and the Boynton Beach CRA for any personal injury and/or property damage which I, my vessel, and/or my passengers may cause in any way, or which may be occasioned to me, those on my vessel and/or to my vessel as a result of my parade participation.
