At 4:00 p.m., gather at The Commons for a cozy story time, sip on warm cocoa, munch on kettle corn, and write a heartfelt letter to Santa while you wait for the big parade to step off at 5:00 p.m. 🎄✨ After the parade, the celebration continues downtown! Families can: 🍪 Decorate cookies together 🌟 Cheer for the winners of the Downtown Window Decorating Contest and Parade Entries 🎶 Enjoy festive singing by the Jefferson County Girl Scouts 🎭 Be entertained by a performance from Centre Stage Studios ☕ Savor free hot cocoa and kettle corn (while supplies last) 🎅 Visit with Santa Claus and share your Christmas wishes 💚 Snap a fun photo with The Grinch Plus, explore the unique shops and local dining downtown while soaking in the cheerful, twinkling atmosphere. Entry limit: Maximum of two vehicles per entry.
Candy rule: Candy may only be handed out or thrown by walkers—not from vehicles.
Line-up time: Begins at 4:00 p.m.
All entries must be in place by: 4:30 p.m.
Parade start time: 5:00 p.m. sharp!
Santa reminder: No additional Santas, please—we’ll have an official parade Santa Claus.
After the parade: Stick around for family activities at The Commons!
