Showcase your brewery at The _ Tequila Fest on Saturday, November 8, 5:00–10:00 PM. Free to participate. Pour any size you choose (within legal/permit rules). Apply for General Admission and/or VIP.

About the Event
Join a premium crowd (primarily 30–55, 70%+ female, with strong hospitality industry attendance) for an elevated night of spirits, food, and music. Breweries may pour complimentary samples or full-size pours (no retail sales on site).

Location: Mizner Park Amphitheater, Boca Raton, FL.
Beneficiary: Supports True Hospitality Community.

What We Provide

Standard 10’x10’ footprint (bring your branded tent or request house tent)
(1) 6’ table 
Shared ice and cups (or bring branded cups)

Your Commitment

Complimentary pours only (no cash/card/retail sales).
Bring your own product (kegs/cans) and draft equipment if using draft (jockey box, CO₂, couplers).
Staff your footprint for the full session.
Provide required COI and W-9.
Pour size is your choice; please serve responsibly and comply with all laws/permit conditions.

Power/Water/CO₂

Limited power available (request if needed).

1) Space-only. We provide a marked 10’x10’ space. You bring everything (tent, tables, beer, cups, ice, draft gear/CO₂/couplers, signage, staff, trash setup).

2) Sampling only. No cash/card sales of any kind on site. Pour sizes are your choice, but you must follow all laws and permit rules.

3) Responsible service. All staff pouring must be 21+. Check IDs as needed, serve responsibly, and refuse service to intoxicated guests.

4) Compliance. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and any distributor/brand requirements.

5) Setup & teardown. Follow assigned load-in/load-out windows and routes. No vehicle movement in guest areas during event hours.

6) Safety & housekeeping. Keep your area tidy and safe (tape cables, manage ice/water). Bring your own waste/recycle plan and leave the space clean.

7) Equipment & product risk. You are responsible for your equipment, product, and personal property at all times.

8) Insurance & permits. Provide required permits if applicable. A Certificate of Insurance naming the organizer and venue/city as Additional Insured may be requested at any time; if not provided, you agree you are solely responsible for any claims arising from your activation.

9) Indemnification. You agree to hold harmless and indemnify the organizer, venue, and affiliates from claims arising out of your participation, except to the extent caused by their gross negligence or willful misconduct.

10) Placement & curation. Participation and placement (GA/VIP) are curated and subject to change. No exclusivity is implied. No subletting or sharing your space without written approval.

11) Media release. You grant the organizer permission to capture and use photos/video of your activation for event marketing.

12) Weather & force majeure. Event is rain or shine. If the event is delayed, modified, or canceled due to weather or circumstances beyond our control, no compensation is owed.

13) Removal for cause. We may close or remove any activation that violates these terms or creates safety/regulatory issues.
