Get ready to bring your best moves! Join us for the Kpop Dance Battle — two days of high-energy competition where Arizona’s K-pop dance community takes center stage. Whether you’re a seasoned group or fresh crew, this is your chance to shine, connect, and compete.

Group performances only (no solos)

Max performance time: 5 minutes per group

Each group prepares 2 different songs

Day 1: All registered groups perform their song #1

Day 2: Top 5 groups from Day 1 return to perform their song #2

Registration closes October 31 or when we fill all 7 slots

1st Place: $1,000

2nd Place: $500

3rd Place: $250

Judging is based on three categories (scored up to 100 points total):

*Entry & Important Info

One member of the group will complete the registration form on behalf of the entire team.

To secure your spot, a non-refundable deposit of $40 is required at the time of registration.

The total registration fee is $200 per group, with the deposit applied toward the total.

The remaining $160 balance is due before by November 15th.

Registration is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Submit your music track and group photo by November 15 to be considered.

This is a public showcase — all groups are expected to rehearse independently (outside of any workshops).

Do I need to purchase admission tickets in addition to the registration fee?

No, admission tickets are included in the registration fee.

I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that participating in the AKDC Showcase involves certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and other unforeseen incidents. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in this event.

• Release of Liability: In consideration for being allowed to participate in the event, I, on behalf of myself, and my group, hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless AKDC, its employees and volunteers, and all other associated entities from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, or damages arising out of my participation in this event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

• Medical Authorization: In the event of an emergency, I consent to medical treatment deemed necessary by medical professionals. I understand that I am responsible for any medical costs associated with such treatment.

• Conduct and Compliance: I agree to comply with all event rules, guidelines, and safety instructions provided by the event organizers. I understand that failure to do so may result in my removal from the event.

• Use of Likeness: I grant permission to AKDC to use any photographs, video recordings, or other media of me and my group taken during the event for promotional or marketing purposes without compensation.

Acknowledgment of Understanding: I have read this waiver and release of liability carefully and fully understand its contents. By signing this form, my group and I agree to the terms and conditions outlined above and voluntarily accept the risks involved in the event
