• All vendors are required to pass out candy at their booths. Please acknowledge you must provide your own candy for around 2,000 guests.
• I UNDERSTAND THAT I MUST BE COMPLETELY SET UP BY 5:30 P.M. ON SATURDAY, OCTOBER 25, 2025 AND WILL NOT LEAVE UNTIL THE EVENT CONCLUDES AT 9:00PM. FAILURE TO ABIDE BY THIS MAY RESULT IN NOT BEING ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN FUTURE EVENTS. THE VILLAGE OF PALM SPRINGS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE OR INJURY SUSTAINED WHILE ATTENDING THIS EVENT.
