About the registration
1. Camping permits/parking passes must be displayed in your vehicle window. Unregistered vehicles will be towed from the area at owner’s expense.
2. Each camping space is allowed to have ONE vehicle per site.
3. No open flames or fire pits are allowed on the grounds.
4. No tents are allowed.
5. A complete list of registered campers will be given to the Washington County Sheriff’s Department.
6. Put garbage in appropriate receptacles. (Please help keep the grounds clean)
7. Quiet hours are 1:00am until 7:00am
8. No minors are allowed to stay overnight without adult supervision.
9. Cancellations are subject to a $20 processing fee.
10. All pets must be on a leash at all times while outdoors and waste removed.
11. Campers over 35' will need to pay for an oversized space.
A 5 night minimum is required for all campers. There are no move-in or move-outs during the dates of the Fair.

- Once you complete your registration, you will be directed to a page to select your camping space. Camping spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. Please sign below to acknowledge your understanding that you must select your camping space at the time of registration. If a camping space is not selected during registration, Fair Park cannot guarantee that a space will be available at a later time. Availability may be limited, and accommodations cannot be held or reserved without completed selection.
