About the registration
The 2026 NHSW Festival Youth Sheep Show is held annually at the Festival on Saturday morning. The emphasis of this sheep show is participation, not competition.
Terms & Conditions
- After April 20, 2026 registration with t-shirt no longer available.
- Any earned premiums will be mailed after the festival.
- All sheep will be vet checked prior to off loading.
- All sheep must be off loaded and vehicles with trailers parked in designated area before 8:15 on Saturday May 9.
Participants must preregister to receive premiums and a Sheep and Wool Festival t-shirt.
A youth may show without preregistering but will receive only ribbons.
Each participant is limited to one entry per class with a maximum limit of three animals.
The show schedule follows the class list on the entry form.

All sheep must have a Scrapie ID Tag in their ear.
Out of state sheep must also have the required annual health certificate.
All sheep must be individually identified by a legible, permanent, metal, or plastic tag.
Rabies vaccinations are highly recommended.
