Non-Profit Organization Activity Booth

This is for local non-profit groups who would like to join us at our special events. The city of Rowlett will provide a 10 by 10 space.

Be part of our Animal Shelter Adoptathon by hosting a booth that brings joy and engagement to the community! We ask that all non-profit organizations provide some type of interactive activity or craft for kids to enjoy during the event. It’s a wonderful way to celebrate, connect, and make lasting memories with families in our community—apply today

By completing and submitting this application to host a booth, you are electronically agreeing to and accepting the terms and conditions outlined in the application.

To ensure our events remain welcoming and inclusive for all, we are not able to accommodate religious or political organizations as participants.

Vendor Guidelines

• We’re so excited to have you join us! To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review the following:
• Please plan to arrive and begin setting up from 8:00-9:00am. 
• Before event day, take a look at the site map so you know your assigned booth space ahead of time.
• Be ready to welcome and interact with participants by 10:00am
• If you have any special needs or accommodations, please include them in the “Special Requests” section of your application so we can review them.
• The City of Rowlett will provide a 10’ x 10’ booth space for you.
• Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tent, tables, chairs, and any necessary power or equipment (such as generators).
• The City of Rowlett is unable to assist with set-up or tear-down, so please plan accordingly.
