By submitting a registration form and payment for the Rides and Vibes Car Show hosted by Wilson’s misfire auto club (“Event Organizer”), the Participant agrees to the following:
1. Registration & Fees
Pre-registration is available for $15 if completed by Oct 5th.
Day-of registration is $20 and subject to space availability.
All registration fees are non-refundable, except in the case of full event cancellation by the Event Organizer.
2. Vehicle Eligibility
All cars, trucks, motorcycles, and specialty vehicles are welcome.
Vehicles must be in safe, operable condition. Unsafe or excessively hazardous vehicles may be denied entry at the discretion of the Event Organizer.
3. Check-In
Registered participants must check in at the registration tent upon arrival.
Vehicles must follow all staff directions regarding parking, staging, and exiting.
4. Conduct
Participants agree to conduct themselves in a safe, respectful, and family-friendly manner.
Burnouts, racing, excessive revving, reckless driving, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund.
Music, displays, and signage must be appropriate for a public, family-friendly event.
5. Liability Waiver
Participant assumes full responsibility for their vehicle, belongings, and personal safety.
Event Organizer, its staff, volunteers, venue, and affiliates are not responsible for accidents, damage, theft, injury, or loss that may occur before, during, or after the event.
Participants are encouraged to carry their own insurance coverage.
6. Photography & Media Release
By registering, Participant grants permission for Event Organizer to use photographs, video, and other media taken at the event for promotional purposes without compensation.
7. Event Modifications or Cancellation
Event Organizer reserves the right to change the date, time, location, or format of the event due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In the case of cancellation, participants may be offered a refund or credit toward a future event at the discretion of the Event Organizer.
8. Agreement
Submission of registration and payment signifies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
