Thank you for your interest in the Mystic Forest Gaming Showcase - this area is where we highlight table top gaming and fantasy. If you are a Tabletop gaming developer or publisher and looking to get your games in front of our attendees, and would like a chance at one of the limited spaces available for our Infinity Con Gainesville event on November 15-16 2025. These spaces are 10x10 and if chosen, you will be given the space for demos and sales of your games and merch at the Gainesville, 2025 event.

These spaces are LIMITED and only available to tabletop game developers or publishers with playable games to showcase at Infinity Con Gainesville, November 15-16, 2025. If chosen, you will get a 10x10 space

If your application is chosen for this LIMITED available space,

Here is what we are offering:

• A 10x10 space with 2 - 6ft tables (One used for playable game demos) and 6 chairs.
• 3 - Exhibitor passes
• Promoting your name/company and game as a part of the showcase
   

Here is what we are asking in return:

• We would ask that you have at least 1 playable complete tabletop game, that you created or represent as a publishing company, to demo and showcase to our attendees
• You must offer this during all event hours
• That you share and promote that you will be a part of the showcase at Infinity Con Gainesville on your socials and any email blasts

While sales of merch, branded items and other games you have are encouraged, this must be in addition to offering the demos at the booth. This is an interactive space as a part of the Mystic Forest area Game showcase and must offer the playable demos to attendees to be given the space. 

Additional badges will be available for $15 each if needed.
