About the event

Established in 1961, the Dogwood Arts Festival is one of the most celebrated cultural events in Knoxville, Tennessee — and was named the #3 Best Art Festival in the Country by USA Today in 2024! The festival features over 100 fine art vendors, an emerging makers tent, live music, entertainment, children's activities, food & beverage vendors, and more. The event is held at World's Fair Park — a public park in Downtown Knoxville that sits on the former fairgrounds of the 1982 World's Fair.  The festival is produced by Dogwood Arts, a (501c3) organization that promotes and celebrates the art, culture, and natural beauty of East Tennessee. We have a 70-year history of arts advocacy, environmental stewardship, and economic impact in East Tennessee. The Festival is one of 20+ year-round programs and events that help make Knoxville a great place to live, work, and play!

  • Approved/selected vendors will receive an official agreement and will confirm acceptance by submitting that document along with a $150 security/damage deposit. (A sample agreement can be found in the Documents tab). This deposit is non-refundable but will apply to the total amount due at the end of the event if there are no damages to the vending site caused by Food Vendor’s activities during the event.
