Are you ready to showcase your style? We need young models to strut their stuff in their best decorative sneakers! This is a fantastic opportunity to shine while supporting a vital cause.

Event Details:
- Registration Fee: $25
- What You’ll Get: The chance to model your unique sneaker designs!
- Cut-off Date for Registration: September 18th, 2025
- Special Giveaway: We will be donating 10 pairs of customized Nike Air Force Ones to deserving youth battling and/or surviving cancer.
- Cause: All registration fees will be donated to the American Cancer Society for cancer research.

### Terms and Conditions for Jeepers Creepers Model Registration

By registering for the Jeepers Creepers Model Registration event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

#### 1. Registration and Fee
- A non-refundable registration fee of $25 is required for participation in the event.
- Registration is open to kids and teens aged 3yrs-18yrs with a cutoff date of September 18th, 2025.
- Upon payment, you will receive a confirmation of your registration.

#### 2. Event Participation
- Participants must arrive at the event location (Dash Performance) by the specified start time.
- All participants must model their own decorative sneakers. The footwear must comply with any specified guidelines provided prior to the event.
- Parents/guardians must complete and sign a consent form for participants under the age of 18.

#### 3. Health and Safety
- Participants must adhere to any health and safety guidelines issued at the event, including but not limited to those related to COVID-19 or other public health concerns.
- It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure that the participant is in good health and able to participate in the event.

#### 4. Photo Release
- By participating in the event, participants grant permission to Jeepers Creepers and its affiliates to take photos and videos of the event and its attendees, and to use these images for promotional and marketing purposes in perpetuity without compensation.

#### 5. Disclaimer of Liability
- Participants (and their parents/guardians) acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with modeling and participating in events. By registering, they voluntarily accept all risks associated with participation.
- Jeepers Creepers, its organizers, sponsors, and affiliated parties are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during or after the event.

#### 6. Cancellation and Changes
- Jeepers Creepers reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation, registration fees may be partially refunded at the discretion of the organizers.
- Any changes to the event details will be communicated to participants in a timely manner.

#### 7. Compliance with Laws
- Participants agree to comply with all local laws and regulations while participating in the event.

#### 8. Acceptance of Terms
- By registering for the Jeepers Creepers Model Registration, participants (and their parents/guardians) confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
