Overview: The Costume Contest will take place in the Hemisfair Ballroom on the 3rd floor of the Henry B. González Convention Center on Sunday, October 19th, starting at 4:00 PM.
*Admission to Big Texas Comicon is required for entry.
Please show up outside the Hemisfair Ballroom on the 3rd floor of the Convention Center by 3pm Sunday, October 19th for lineup and prejudging.
Weapon/Prop Policy: No functional weapons. Any violation of this policy will result in disqualification. No glitter, confetti, pyrotechnics, live flame or smoke effects of any kind are allowed.
Costume Theme Policy: No explicit or inappropriate language or gestures. ALL costumes must be in good taste. No nudity.
Terms & Conditions

Costume will be judged on a variety of criteria, including originality, craftsmanship, and overall design.
Parents/Legal Guardians MUST accompany children age 12 and younger.
All contest decisions made by judges are final.
