Support the mission of Canvas & Culture by donating an item or service to our Silent Auction! All proceeds from the auction benefit the Juneteenth Augusta Scholarship Fund and the Young Entrepreneur Grant.

• Services or experiences

• Collectibles or memorabilia

By submitting this application and donating an item or service to the Canvas & Culture Silent Auction, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Donation Acceptance:

• All donated items are subject to review and approval by the Canvas & Culture team.
• We reserve the right to decline any item that does not align with the mission, values, or needs of the event.

Use of Donations:

• Donated items will be included in the Canvas & Culture Silent Auction, with 100% of proceeds supporting the Juneteenth Augusta Scholarship Fund and the Young Entrepreneur Grant.
• Items may be bundled with others at the discretion of the organizers to enhance fundraising potential.

Donation Delivery:

• Donors are responsible for delivering items by the requested deadline.
• Physical items must be in new or excellent condition, with all necessary accessories or packaging.

Acknowledgment:

• Donors will be recognized on the auction platform and/or event materials where appropriate.
• Donors must provide a clear description and estimated retail value of the donated item(s) upon submission.

Legal Ownership:

• By donating, you certify that you legally own the item or service and have the right to transfer it without restriction.

Tax Considerations:

• Canvas & Culture does not assign a monetary value for tax purposes. Donors should consult with their tax advisor for any deduction eligibility.

No Compensation:

• All donations are voluntary and made without expectation of compensation or reimbursement.
