About the application
Thank you for choosing to apply as a DJ for Anime Milwaukee’s Nocturnal Underground show. Before applying, please ensure that you have created your audition track.
The maximum time for the submission is 10 minutes. All audition submissions must be created within 90 days of application submission.
Please fill out "User Information" with your personal information, and "Business Information" with your DJ information.
All DJ's must be over the age of 18 by March 6th, 2025 to be considered for a slot.
Terms & Conditions
By filling out this form, you agree to allow the Anime Milwaukee Rave Department to view your submitted material for the purpose of judging for open slots to the Anime Milwaukee Rave DJ lineup. AMKE reserves the right to make their judgments based on submitted material without any further changes or edits. You agree to read and adhere to the Anime Milwaukee Code of Conduct during the convention and while acting as a representative of Anime Milwaukee. You understand that failure to adhere to the Code of Conduct may result in revocation of your badge. All material submitted must be current (within 90 days of submission) and all demos fall within the required time frame of 10 minutes.
