Calera Main Street Trunk or Treat – Terms & Conditions

General Participation Terms:
Family-Friendly Environment
This is a community-centered, family-friendly event. All decorations, costumes, music, and behavior must be appropriate for all ages.
Trunk Participants
All trunk hosts must register in advance and receive confirmation from Calera Main Street.
Trunks must be set up and ready by 5:45 PM. Early arrival is encouraged.
No electricity will be provided. Battery-operated lights/decor are recommended.
Candy or treats must be individually wrapped and store-bought.
Trunk displays must not include real or implied violence, gore, or overly frightening imagery.
No political or controversial themes allowed.
Please note: spaces may not be first come, first served. Some spots may be assigned based on your activity or game, to help with flow and safety throughout the event area.
Safety Guidelines
Vehicles must remain parked for the full duration of the event (6 PM–8 PM).
No vehicle may be moved or engines started during the event unless in an emergency.
Open flames, fireworks, and smoking are prohibited.
All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Clean-Up
Participants are responsible for cleaning up their area at the end of the event. Please leave the space as you found it.
Liability
Calera Main Street, Collectivus Church, and their affiliates are not responsible for any damage, loss, theft, or injury incurred before, during, or after the event. Participation is at your own risk.
Right to Dismiss
Event organizers reserve the right to ask any participant to leave if terms are not followed or behavior is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
