By participating as a performer, you agree to the following terms to help us provide a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable experience for all attendees:
1. Content & Conduct
All performances must be family-friendly and suitable for all ages.
Performers must not include vulgar language, political messages, violent content, or any behavior deemed inappropriate by festival staff.
Respectful interaction with festival-goers, staff, and fellow performers is required at all times.
2. Schedule & Check-In
Performers must arrive 30–60 minutes prior to their scheduled time for check-in and set-up.
Set times will be assigned based on availability and logistical needs.
If you are running late or need to cancel, notify event staff immediately -- (541) 993-8037.
3. Equipment & Setup
The festival will provide basic sound support and electricity (if requested in advance).
Performers must bring any specialty equipment or instruments needed for their act.
Please be prepared for outdoor conditions—this is a rain-or-shine event.
4. Promotion & Tips
Performers are welcome to bring banners, signs, business cards, and tip jars or merchandise, as long as they do not interfere with the flow of the event.
The festival may promote your appearance on flyers, social media, or during the event unless otherwise requested.
5. Liability
Performers participate at their own risk. The Klickitat County Harvest Festival and its organizers are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury.
You are responsible for securing your own equipment and belongings.
6. Compensation
This is primarily a community and volunteer-based event. Some performers may receive a small stipend, but not all performances are paid.
If your act requires a performance fee, it must be discussed and approved before confirming your participation.
7. Removal or Cancellation
The festival reserves the right to remove or cancel any performer at any time for violation of rules, safety concerns, or inappropriate content.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations without communication may affect your eligibility for future events.
