Trunk-or-Treat Terms & Conditions
Klickitat County Harvest Festival – October 18, 2025
Main Street, Goldendale, WA
By participating in the Trunk-or-Treat event, you agree to the following guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone:
1. Setup & Timing
Trunk setup is from 1:30 PM to 2:45 PM on Main Street.
All vehicles must be parked and decorated by 2:45 PM.
Trunks face towards the middle of the street.
No vehicles will be allowed to move or leave the area after 2:45 PM for safety reasons.
2. Decorations & Presentation
All trunk displays must be family-friendly—no excessive gore, violence, or adult-themed content.
Participants are encouraged to be creative and festive with Halloween or fall-themed decorations.
Costumes are encouraged for all participants!
3. Treats & Giveaways
You may hand out candy, small toys, stickers, pencils, or other child-safe items.
Recommended 1,000 to 2,000 pieces of candy.
All candy must be individually wrapped and store-bought (no homemade treats).
Please avoid items with common allergens (e.g., peanuts) when possible.
4. Supervision & Safety
Each vehicle must have at least one adult present at all times.
Keep all decorations and activities within your designated vehicle space.
5. Respect & Clean-Up
Please be respectful to fellow participants and attendees.
All participants are responsible for cleaning up their area before leaving.
Event staff reserves the right to ask any participant to modify or remove inappropriate displays.
6. General Liability
By participating, you acknowledge that the event organizers are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
Participation is at your own risk, and all safety guidelines must be followed at all times.
