Join the Chaos — As a Volunteer!

Chaoticon is looking for awesome, reliable, and enthusiastic volunteers (ages 14+) to help us bring the magic to life September 12–14 at The Dunes Event Center in LaPorte, IN! Whether you're a high school student looking to earn volunteer hours in a fun, exciting way or just someone who loves being part of a big event, we want YOU on our team.

We’ll be scheduling shifts across the weekend, and no one is expected to work the entire event. You’ll be placed based on your availability and comfort level. Whether you’re helping set up, managing tickets, supporting celebs, or running the photo op booth, there’s a place for you.

Terms & Conditions

By submitting this application, you agree to the following:

You are committing to showing up on time for your scheduled shifts. If you are unable to attend or need to change your availability, you will notify Chaoticon staff as soon as possible.
You will treat all attendees, guests, vendors, staff, and fellow volunteers with kindness and respect.
You understand that some volunteer duties may include physical activity such as lifting or standing for extended periods (especially on Friday during setup).
You agree to follow all instructions given by Chaoticon staff and team leads for safety and event flow.
You will wear your volunteer shirt while on duty and represent Chaoticon in a positive and professional way.
You understand that volunteer roles may shift during the event based on needs.
If you are under 18, you will provide parent/guardian consent to participate.
Chaoticon, Chaotic Empire, and The Dunes Event Center are not liable for personal items lost or damaged during the event.
Photos and videos may be taken during the event. By volunteering, you consent to your image being used in Chaoticon promotional material.
