Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) carefully before joining the Fairytale Finds Market Affiliate Program (“Program”). By signing up as an affiliate, you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement.
1. Overview
The Program is designed to allow individuals and businesses to earn commissions by promoting ticket sales to the Fairytale Finds Market (“Fairytale Finds Market,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through unique affiliate links. Each ticket sold through an affiliate’s link is priced at $5 USD.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the Program, you must:
Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
Have a valid email address and payment method.
Have at least 2k followers
Not engage in misleading, illegal, or unethical marketing practices.
We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
3. Affiliate Links and Tracking
Once accepted into the Program, you will receive a unique referral link.
Your link must be used in its original form to track sales properly.
We are not responsible for tracking errors due to improper use, browser settings, or user behavior.
4. Commission
You will earn a commission of $1.50 per ticket sold through your affiliate link.
Commissions are paid out weekly] once your balance reaches a minimum threshold of $10
Payments are made via Venmo or Direct Deposit.
You are responsible for any taxes due on your earnings.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Affiliates may not:
Use spam or unsolicited messaging to promote links.
Misrepresent the Fairytale Finds Market or ticket pricing.
Use coupon sites, ad networks, or paid search ads without prior approval.
Create websites or social media accounts that impersonate the Farmers Market.
Violations may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
6. Marketing Guidelines
You may promote your link via social media, blogs, email newsletters, and websites.
You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in all promotions (e.g., “I may earn a commission if you buy through this link.”).
You may not modify ticket pricing or advertise false incentives.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice (email acceptable). Upon termination:
You must stop promoting your affiliate link immediately.
Any unpaid commissions up to the termination date will be paid in the next cycle.
We may withhold payments if fraud or breach of these terms is suspected.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from participation in the Program. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Program or continued availability of tickets or events.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes via email. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
