Trunk - or- Treat Application

Lot opens + Trunk-Or-Treat starts at 6:00 pm and is followed by the screening of "Hocus Pocus 2" at 7:00 pm. Please note that MOSAIC will not provide candy, so come prepared for Trunk-or-Treat! Food + Beverage available on-site for purchase. Bring a lawn chair or a blanket - Pets are welcome.

 *Anticipate bag checks and security screenings upon entry. Beverages or food purchased outside of MOSAIC at Chatham Park, weapons and illegal substances are prohibited. If you purchase food or beverages from a MOSAIC at Chatham Park business, kindly present your receipt to event security as proof of purchase.

Welcome to the 2025 Moonlight Movie Series! We are excited to have you as a trunk-or-treat vendor at this year's event. To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and successful experience for everyone, please review the following terms and conditions carefully.

Application and Selection

Application Process: All potential vendors must complete an application form by October 23rd, 2025.

Notification: Selected vendors will be notified via email by October 24th, 2025.

Health and Safety

Sanitation: All trunk-or-treat vendors are required to maintain clean and sanitary booths at all times. 

Health: Vendors must comply with local health department regulations. No homemade goods/candy are allowed to be served to attendees without proper approval from MOSAIC Events LLC + Chatham County. 

Operational Guidelines

Setup and Breakdown: Trunk-or-Treat vendors are required to set up by 5:15 PM on the event day and must not begin breakdown before 7:00 PM. 

Liability and Insurance

Indemnification: Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the MOSAIC Events LLC + MOSAIC Master Owners Association organizers from any claims arising from their participation.

Code of Conduct

Professionalism: All trunk-or-treat vendors and their staff are expected to conduct themselves professionally and courteously at all times.

Compliance: Vendors must comply with all event policies and instructions provided by event staff.
