About the event

Every year, hundreds of families visit Fox Pointe on the Saturday before Halloween for a safe and fun trick-or-treating experience. Dozens of organizations, businesses, schools, and groups await families to hand out candy. You can be a part of the action for the 2025 event. We are seeking groups to hand out candy for this year's event. Wear costumes and have fun! Your participation is free! Register here! You'll need to bring enough candy for approximately 1,500 children. Bring a table (6'-8') and seating for your entire group. You are also welcome to promote your group or business while you are handing out candy. You cannot, however, stop the line. Hand out coupons, promotional items, and business cards, but please keep the line moving in order for all families to get through the experience by 4 p.m.

About the application

Help us provide a safe and fun Halloween event for area families by volunteering to hand out candy! Bring enough candy for 1,500 children, a table (6'-8'), and chairs for your group. You will be assigned an area where your group will set up. Wear costumes and have fun! Bring coupons, promotional items, and promote your business/organization, but don't stop the line. We need everyone to be able to get through by 4 p.m.!

If you registered but can no longer attend, please notify the event coordinator in advance. Timely cancellations allow us to adjust spaces and ensure a smooth experience for all guests. Unreported no-shows leave empty spots around the venue and disrupt the flow of the event. Please note that failure to attend without notice may affect your ability to participate in future Fox Pointe events.
