Content Creators
Anime Weekend Atlanta welcomes content creators to join our event! If you'd like to help spread the word about Anime Weekend Atlanta, our Content Creator badge may be right for you.
Approved applicants will receive one (1) complimentary multi-day (4 day) badge per content creator.
Approved applicants will receive one unique multi-use discount code to advertise. Creators who sell more than twenty-five (25) tickets using their unique discount code will qualify for a second complimentary badge. Upon request, creators who sell more than fifty (50) tickets using their unique discount code and submit a W-9 will receive 5% of ticket sales made with their unique discount code, paid out after the close of the event on December 21, 2025 and before March 1, 2026.
For group applications, each applicant must apply separately and an email with all applicants must be sent to marketing@awa-con.com.
Requirements:
You must create content relevant to Anime Weekend Atlanta.
You must meet one or more of the minimum follower/subscriber counts:
- Instagram : 10k followers.
- TikTok : 50k followers.
- X / Twitter : 10k followers.
- YouTube : 5k subscribers.
- Twitch : 5k followers.
- Facebook : 10k followers.
- Note, we will also be taking your level of engagement into consideration.
You must allow AWA, LLC. the right to post, re-post, and create new content using any Anime Weekend Atlanta related content you post on your social media accounts beginning at acceptance and lasting until December 12, 2026.
- . In return, AWA, LLC agrees to use this content solely for the purposes of promoting and bringing awareness to Anime Weekend Atlanta.
You must commit to making no fewer than:
- 2 posts leading up to Anime Weekend Atlanta, one being no less than 1 week out from the event, and 2 posts during Anime Weekend Atlanta.
- OR 2 posts leading up to Anime Weekend Atlanta, one being no less than 1 week out from the event, 1 post during Anime Weekend Atlanta, and 1 post concluding Anime Weekend Atlanta, no later than December 31, 2025.
Content Creator Policies:
- Your Content Creator badge allows complimentary access during all public hours.
- Your Content Creator badge does NOT allow early access, special access, line cutting, or backstage access.
- Your Content Creator badge does NOT guarantee seating, autographs or free autographs from guests.
- Your Content Creator badge does NOT allow you free access to separately ticketed concerts and events.
- Content Creator badges are nontransferable. You may not loan or sell your content creator badge. Anyone found violating this will have their badge revoked and will be disqualified from Content Creator badges at future Anime Weekend Atlanta events.
- Your Content Creator badge does not guarantee interviews. If you'd like to speak with an invited guest, please arrange this through our Press Team prior to the show after your badge has been approved. Interviews with talent cannot be guaranteed at the event. All of our guests have approved schedules, and on-site requests are very difficult to fulfill.
- Prior acceptance does not guarantee acceptance this year.
- All decisions are final.
Anime Weekend Atlanta reserves the right to approve or deny any application. This decision is final and cannot be appealed. Include any and all information in your application that will allow Anime Weekend Atlanta to make an informed decision.
