REGISTRATION FEE: $10 PER PLAYER (cash only)

PRIZE: 1ST & 2ND PLACE CASH PRIZE

The disc golf tournament is available on a first come, first serve basis.  Pre-registration assures placement in the tournament. 

Release: I understand there are risks of physical injury in participating in the disc golf tournament.  I hereby release the City of Thomaston, its employees, and agents from any liability or personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property which I may experience in connection with the Disc Golf Tournament sponsored by the City of Thomaston.  I hereby consent to any medical expenses deemed advisable for myself.
