The Stateboro Renaissance Festival will be a fun filled weekend with vendors, festivities and food! This application is to help coordinate performers.

Terms and Conditions:

The Event is Schedule for Saturday and Sunday, September 27-28, 2025 and will be held at the Bulloch Agricultural facility. 44 Arena Blvd, Statesboro, GA 30458
All performers should arrive between 7am-9am to setup and ready by 9:30 AM each day.
Parking will be at the back of the facility and accessed along Arena Blvd.
Electricity will be available but drop cords will be necessary in most circumstances.
The Arenas are covered, in the event of light rains, your location maybe adjusted.
If there are any special requests please keep the staff informed.
