Prosper Jam Off Artist Application

Are you a local musician ready to take the stage and showcase your talent to the community? Celebrate Prosper is looking for five standout local artists to compete for a chance to open for our headlining act at this year’s event!

We’re inviting local artists and bands from Prosper to submit their music for consideration. All submissions will be reviewed by our selection team, and 5 finalists will be chosen and featured in a public voting round. The top 2 artists, as voted by the community, will earn a coveted spot as opening acts on the main stage at Celebrate Prosper!

This is your chance to shine in front of a live audience, gain exposure, and be part of one of the most anticipated community celebrations of the year!

Submission Deadline: June 30, 2025
Event Date: October 4, 2025 / 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Location: Frontier Park (1551 Frontier Pkwy)

Eligibility:

• At least 50% of all group members must be residents of Prosper, TX. 
• Open to local artists and bands (all genres welcome)
• Must be available to perform live on the event date
• Original music preferred, but covers are allowed

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• At least 50% of all group members must be residents of Prosper, TX.
• All ages are welcome to submit.
• Music must be family-friendly — no explicit language, offensive content, or inappropriate themes will be accepted.
• Submissions may include original songs or cover performances, as long as they meet the family-friendly requirement.
• Artists must be available to perform live on the event date: October 4, 2025 - 4:00 PM 
• All submissions will be reviewed by the Town of Prosper Special Events Team.
• Five (5) finalists will be selected and announced for a public voting round.
• The top two (2) artists, as determined by public vote, will be selected as official opening acts for the headliner.
• Artists must provide their own instruments and equipment unless otherwise arranged.
• By submitting, artists agree to allow Celebrate Prosper to use their name, image, and performance footage for promotional purposes.
