July 11th Vendor Interest Form

Interested in Fridays on 1st & Front? Join us in the Downtown Plaza on July 11th from 5-8pm where there will be live music, family friendly games, and pop-up vendors selling food and artisanal goods!

We are looking for any of the following:

• Artisan vendors interested in selling their hand-made products
• Pop-up food vendors to sell treats and snacks

Before submitting an application, you must read the attached document "Vendor Policies & Information" and acknowledge you have read it at the end of your application. 

By submitting an application, the vendor agrees to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless the City of Woodburn, its officers, agents, employees and volunteers from and against all liability, claims, costs, and expenses for any and all injuries, deaths, losses or damages arising from or in connection to vendor’s participation in this event. Vendor understands that there are no refunds or rain checks due to inclement weather. Applicant acknowledges that if they are approved, the Applicant can use the approved space assigned by the event coordinator in the designated vending area. The City reserves the right to refuse booth space based on event guidelines. If these guidelines are not upheld, vendor booth will be closed immediately.
