HFF 2025 Bazaar Vendor Terms and Agreement:

• All fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable.
• Vending workspace is limited and will be reserved upon arrival based on the booth(s)selected. Vendors may not request additional tables beyond what they paid for.
• Reselling or transferring booth space to another party is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture without refund.
• Electricity will only be provided to vendors who have purchased an electricity package.
• Vendors are responsible for bringing adequate help to unload and set up. Volunteers will be occupied with event duties and will not be available to assist.
• Vendor unloading, set-up, breakdown, and loading are the sole responsibility of the vendor.
• Valet parking may be available during unloading/loading, facilitated by HFF volunteers.By accepting this service, the vendor assumes full responsibility and waives any claims against ISB, ASET, or HFF for vehicle damage or loss. Vendors voluntarily grant permission for a designated volunteer to move their vehicle and do so at their own risk.
• All booths must be cleared by 11:00 PM. Vendors are responsible for leaving their booth area clean. Any booth left dirty will be charged a $50 damage fee.
  Friday night setup will be confirmed by Bazaar Leads closer to the event date. ISB,ASET, and HFF are not responsible for any damaged or lost goods during setup.
• All booths must stop selling ten minutes prior to prayer time.
• Vendors are not allowed to accept tickets. Only cash, checks, credit cards, or mobile payments are permitted.
• Vendors will receive TWO FREE wristbands upon arrival. Any additional vendors must purchase their own tickets.
• If a vendor is found selling items that are disallowed by the Bazaar Fest Committee or deemed inappropriate by HFF, they will be asked to remove those items immediately.Non-compliance will result in stall closure without a refund.
• Vendors are fully responsible for their own equipment, merchandise, and personal property. ISB, ASET, and HFF are not liable for any stolen or lost items.
  Vendors (MEN AND WOMEN) must wear modest attire at all times.
• Vendors must confine all activities within their booths and must not obstruct neighboring booths or walkways.
  Solicitation outside of the assigned booth area is not permitted.
• Vendors must keep their booth area clean and free of trash at all times.
• Vendors are agreeing that they understand the HFF
  Bazaar is an outdoor event and booth locations may be on grassy or uneven areas.
• This is a rain or shine event. Vendors are responsible for protecting their merchandise and setup in case of rain. ISB, ASET, and HFF are not liable for any weather related damages, and no refunds will be issued due to rain or inclement weather.
• Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ISB, ASET, and HFF from any and all claims arising out of the vendor's presence at the event, unless such claim directly results from ISB’s, ASET’s, or HFF’s gross negligence.
