Youth Art Showcase Application

St Pete Pride is looking for young creatives who want to showcase their art at our upcoming "Radical & Rooted" Youth Art Exhibit at Youth & Family Day on June 7th! This is your call to be radically bold, unapologetically authentic, and fiercely expressive through your art. Own your truth, disrupt the norm, and make a powerful statement that can’t be ignored!

We welcome original artwork in all visual media, including (but not limited to):

• Drawing & painting
• Photography
• Digital art
• Mixed media
• Sculpture
• Textile or fiber art

Note: This is a family-friendly event. Please only submit artwork that is appropriate for all ages, and that does not include explicit content such as nudity, violence, etc.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

• Artists must be under 21 years old.
• Up to 3 pieces per artist may be submitted for consideration. Each piece must be submitted under a separate application.
• Artwork must be ready to display (framed, mounted, or otherwise presentable).
• Each submission must include:
  • Artist’s name and age
  • Title of each piece
  • A brief artist statement (1–3 sentences)

• All accepted artwork must be dropped off by 9:30 AM on the day of the event.
• All artwork must be picked up after the event ends at 2:30 PM. St Pete Pride is not responsible for artwork left behind after the event.
