Cosplay / Fandom Group

Cosplay groups, fandom groups, show biz vehicles apply here to join us for FREE! If approved, you will be provided with a space at the event.

Spaces vary based on number of the participants attending. Each 10' x 10' space includes 1 table, 2 chairs, and 2 non-transferrable badges (additional badges are available for $47). You are permitted to sell your own merchandise. You may bring your own backdrop and table linens.

For both Saturday and Sunday, you are required to be ready for attendees at 9:00 AM and pack out can begin at 5:00 PM.
