Attendee Group Order Badge Ribbons

This is a group order form for ribbons to pass out and trade at Matsuricon 2025. The theme this year is Starlight Festival. 

Please understand that this order form is so the group can receive a discount per ribbon. You are responsible for payment for your own ribbons. Ribbons will be $0.16 per ribbon. There is a minimum order quantity of 100 ribbons (if you order multiple colors of the same design you will need to order 100 or more of each color). 

You are not required to order through the group, you can order your own ribbons directly through any number of badge ribbon websites (see our website page for Matsuricon ribbons at https://matsuricon.org/programming/badge-ribbons/ for a list of ribbon retailers). The standard badge ribbon width is 4 inches (this is the size we will be ordering). 

Files need to be **high resolution only PDF**. The aspect ratio you want your design to be is 34:9 (1020x270 pixels or larger images of the same aspect ratio). The image you upload will be submitted to pc/nametag exactly as you upload it. anything WHITE will be the ribbon color and ANY OTHER COLOR including greyscale will become foil. if you do not want your ribbon to look like a solid blob of foil, upload an image with a white background and a single solid color representing anywhere you want foil to be printed. please see the files attached to this form for examples of good and bad ribbon designs. 

All designs are subject to Matsuricon policies. Please be aware that if a design does not comply with our policies you will be asked to remove it and store it somewhere out of public viewing.

If you would like to order more than one ribbon design please submit multiple responses to the form. (this includes if you want the same design in multiple colors). 

The order form closes on July 13, 2025. Payment will be manually charged to your card on or shortly after this date. 

Ribbon designs need to be in high resolution PDF file formats only. Any text would need to be included in the design image.

This is foil printing and details may not print out exactly as expected. there will be no refunds or exchanges if the design is too detailed and the print comes out more solid than detailed

Some color combinations do not work well together (light on light, dark on dark, pale on pale, etc). ribbons will be printed exactly how the information is submitted in this form even if they are the wrong size/poorly matched colors.

Minimum ribbon order quantity is 100 and no quantities below 100 of each design may be ordered.
