Informational Exhibitor

This application is for informational or promotional booth space ONLY. If you are bringing a vehicle or offering games/activities that need additional space outside of a table please see the alternate applications.

As an informational exhibitor you will be provided ONE 6ft table to display your organizations items. You will also be provided 2 chairs for staff and/or volunteers. The table and chairs will be located under a large covered canopy amongst other exhibitors so please be mindful of space limitations. All banners, signage , table cloths, giveaway items are up to the exhibitor to provide. 

Please note that this event is made possible by the Community Connection Day - Kids Fest Planning Committee. This committee includes key participants such as Ray of Hope, the City of Woodburn, the Woodburn School District and many community member volunteers.

The applicant agrees to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless the City of Woodburn, its officers, agents, employees and volunteers from and against all liability, claims, costs, and expenses for any and all injuries, deaths, losses or damages arising from or in connection to vendor’s participation in this event. Vendor understands that there are no refunds or rain checks due to inclement weather.
