By completing this Volunteer Interest Form, you will help us match your skills and interests with meaningful volunteer opportunities that foster inclusion, creativity, and community engagement throughout the Chelan Valley and beyond.
In this form, you will provide your contact information, preferences for communication, and details about the programs and activities you are most interested in.
You will also have the chance to indicate your availability, share any special skills or experiences, and express your interest in volunteering for specific events, including our vibrant June celebrations.
Your responses will guide us in connecting you with the right opportunities to make a positive impact within our community.

Chelan Pride Volunteer Terms and Conditions
By submitting the Chelan Pride Volunteer Interest Form, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Volunteer Commitment: You understand that volunteering with Chelan Pride requires a commitment of your time and effort to support our programs and events. You agree to communicate any changes in your availability as soon as possible.
2. Eligibility: You confirm that you meet the age requirements for volunteering. Volunteers aged 14-17 must have written consent from a legal guardian. Volunteers under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a guardian during all activities.
3. Background Checks: If volunteering in roles that involve working directly with youth, you agree to undergo a background check to ensure the safety of our participants.
4. Code of Conduct: You agree to adhere to Chelan Pride’s Code of Conduct, policies, and guidelines during your volunteer service. Failure to comply may result in termination of your volunteer role.
5. Safety and Well-being: You acknowledge that your participation is voluntary and that you are responsible for your own safety and well-being while volunteering. You agree to inform Chelan Pride of any accommodations or support you may need during your service.
6. Confidentiality: You understand that all information provided in the Volunteer Interest Form will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of matching you with volunteer opportunities at Chelan Pride.
7. Liability Waiver: You release Chelan Pride and its representatives from any liability for injuries or damages that may occur during participation in volunteer activities.
8. Right to Terminate: Chelan Pride reserves the right to terminate volunteer roles if the terms and conditions outlined herein are violated.
9. Amendments: Chelan Pride reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes.
