Thank you for your interest in applying for The Center Stage at Sista Soul Fest. We’re currently looking for live entertainers/performers of all types to appear on our Main Stage.As a nonprofit, entertainers donate their time, and in return will be promoted on our social media, website, event site(s) and our festival app. Important Dates:

Sista Soul Fest Waterloo Performance Terms and Conditions
If you are selected to perform at Sista Soul Fest Waterloo, these are the terms. In exchange for the following mutual considerations and promises, the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:
Place, Date, and Time of Show:
The show will take place on Saturday, July 12, 2025 at Gates Park, 820 E Donald St, Waterloo, IA during your assigned time slot. Please be aware that traffic may be heavy on this day, so plan to arrive early. Your group must check in with the stage manager 20 minutes before your performance time; failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your slot. A special parking pass will be sent to you one week prior to your performance. Your participation is in exchange for the exposure and promotion provided by the Operator and Event.
Description of the Show:
You will be scheduled for a 5–20 minute performance. Your performance will end on time, regardless of any unforeseen circumstances (such as weather or technical complications) that might delay its start. Please refrain from using profanity and sexual innuendo in your performance. All audio technical requirements (e.g., music needs) must be submitted two weeks prior to your performance.
