Info Booth or Crafts Application
Organizations, nonprofits, and local businesses looking to connect with the community can apply for an Info/Craft Booth space at the Market on Kern Farmers Market. This is a great opportunity to share information about your services, upcoming events, or community initiatives. Craft/Home made goods are also welcome to apply!
Requirements:
Informational booths cannot sell products unless pre-approved.
Must provide interactive or engaging materials to educate market visitors.
Setup must be professional and align with the market’s atmosphere.

Info Booth Terms & Conditions
Purpose & Limitations
Info booths are for community outreach, nonprofit promotion, or educational purposes.
Sales are not allowed unless explicitly approved by market management.
Setup & Booth Guidelines
Vendors must provide their own setup, including tables, chairs, and displays.
All promotional materials should be informative, engaging, and non-disruptive.
Conduct & Representation
Organizations must adhere to respectful engagement with attendees—no aggressive solicitation.
Content shared must align with community values and market policies.
Liability & Responsibility
Market on Kern is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
Booths must remain open and staffed for the duration of the market.
Cancellations & No-Show Policy
No-shows without prior notice may result in future ineligibility.
Prices
| Application fees | $10.00 | One-time, non-refundable application fee, if you are approved as a vendor, it will be put towards your Membership fee. |
| Membership Fee | $40.00 | One time membership fee for the season. All Market Vendor participants must pay. (Amount reduced by $10 and applied to the application fee). |
| Weekly Booth Space Fee [Craft only] | $20.00 | This is the fee paid/collected on a weekly basis for space at the Market on Kern, only required for those involved with sales at the Market |
| Promotional Boost | $25.00 | Promotional opportunity, you can pay for promotional space on our Farmers Market Bingo card. $25 and Market promotion will carry out for 5 consecutive Bingo card days and can be renewed for the next card. |
