Are you about to tie the knot or have recently exchanged vows? Perhaps you're considering renewing your wedding promises? Hampton Roads Pride presents an exciting opportunity for you to celebrate your special moment on stage at PrideFest!
Experience your dream ceremony with the community officiated by Jacinta Gauvin on with the community at Hampton Roads PrideFest. Limited slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and the registration fee is $100. All proceeds will contribute to the HRP Scholarship fund.
These exclusive ceremonies will take place during the festival at Town Point Park. While the exact stage times will be communicated closer to the event by our entertainment team, please note that your chosen hour during this timeframe will determine your stage time. Each ceremony typically lasts around ten minutes.

Wedding packages include:
- Dedicated styling consultation with Studio I Do expert stylist to choose your wedding day looks
- Up to $5000 in couples attire rental from Studio I Do Bridals, Here & Now Bridal or All the Rage in Virginia Beach
- Full hair services from Citrine Bride
- Full beauty services from Lo & Co
- Photography package from Deline Photography (ceremony photos plus 30 minute portrait mini-session)
- Floral (bouquets or boutonnieres)
Terms & Conditions
Booking and Registration:
- Wedding ceremony slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Registration requires a non-refundable fee of $100, payable at the time of booking.
- All proceeds from registration fees contribute to the Hampton Roads Pride (HRP) Scholarship fund.
Ceremony Logistics:
- Ceremonies will be conducted at Hampton Roads PrideFest, at Town Point Park.
- Time slots are available between 1 pm and 5 pm
- Participants will be notified of their exact stage time closer to the festival date, with a commitment that it falls within the selected hour during the allocated time frame.
Officiant and Ceremony Details:
- The wedding ceremonies will be officiated by Jacinta Gauvin.
- Each ceremony is estimated to last approximately ten minutes.
Terms of Participation:
- Participants must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.
- Hampton Roads Pride reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual or couple without providing a reason.
Refund Policy:
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances leading to the cancellation of Hampton Roads PrideFest, registration fees will be considered a donation to the HRP Scholarship fund.
Photography and Videography:
- By participating in the ceremony, individuals consent to the use of their likeness in event photography and promotional materials by Hampton Roads Pride.
Changes to Terms and Conditions:
- Hampton Roads Pride reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.
Force Majeure:
- Hampton Roads Pride will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these terms and conditions due to reasons beyond its reasonable control.
