Spokane Pride Parade for 2025 is coming up quickly, and we are so grateful to have your support.
High School GSA Groups: All high school GSA groups will have the option to march with Odyssey Youth Movement at no cost
If the entry fees are an issue that will keep your group from participating, please email register@spokanepride.org with a short explanation of your financial difficulty and how your group will add to the beauty and joy of our parade. Tell us what you can afford and we'll evaluate on a case by case basis, we want as much of our community to shine through this event as possible, while being responsible financial stewards of this organization.
This is an electronic agreement and by selecting your parade entry, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

BEFORE BEGINNING the application process, PLEASE REVIEW this entire note. It is our goal to provide you with the information needed to be successful through the application process.

This document will ensure your units success in participating in the parade. It is YOUR responsibility to understand and uphold the Procedures and Policies laid out by Spokane Pride.

The following fees apply and are collected at the end of this application. Once the application is submitted you will be charged upon approval of your application. You will need a credit card to submit payment in Eventeny as part of your application.

$100.00 Local Non-Profit or Unincorporated groups with revenues less than $200k.
Local Non-profit: (1) An organization that is solely a regional organization. (2) A larger organization who has a chapter in the region but get less than 50% funding from the parent organization.
Unincorporated groups: Social groups who do not have a 501c3
$225.00 Organizations with less than 20 employees and revenues above $200k
$350.00 Organizations that have between 20 and 99 employees and revenues above $200k
$500.00 Political Candidates
$600.00 Organizations with 100 employees or more
Receipt of an application does not mean automatic entry in the parade. You will be notified by the committee of approval or denial. The review of applications is not immediate upon application. Please allow approximately 30 days for notification.
Late Applications and Fees. It is YOUR responsibility to meet the application deadline. Spokane Pride posted this public notification on January 28th, 2025, and made attempts to contact those who have participated previously. "I didn't know" is not an acceptable reason to waive late fees. Consideration of a late application will be made on a case-by-case basis. Any request made after May 25th WILL be denied. Late fee is $50 for organizations less than 100 people, non-profits, and unincorporated groups with revenues less than $200k and $150 for political candidates and organizations with 100 employees or more.

- I agree that my parade entry will not engage with any protesors
- I acknowledge that if I am using a vehicle older than 10 years and all floats shall be properly equipped with an approved UL 2A 10BC fire extinguisher, plus an additional UL 2A 10BC fire extinguisher if a gas generator is used – all must be serviced, tagged and dated within one year.
- Please upload your certificate of insurance with "Outspokane DBA Spokane Pride" named as additionally insured
- Please upload a copy of your proof of insurance (seperate from the COI) if you are planning to have animals or a vehicle in the parade.
- My parade entry will check in at our assigned check in zone on June 14th 2025 for the parade lineup at the time specified by the Parade Committee.
