Dignitary Registration

If you have been contacted to be a dignitary, please fill out this form!

This includes local government officials and royalty.

If you did not receive an invitation, please email events@eastwenatcheewa.gov if you'd like to be included as a dignitary.

By completing this online registration, you are stating that you have read the Waiver/Hold Harmless Agreement, you agree and acknowledge that:

1) You are an owner or representative of the vehicle(s) listed in this form.

2) Your application will not be signed in the sense of a traditional paper document.

3) By signing in this alternate manner, you authorize your electronic signature to be valid and binding upon you to the same force and effect as a handwritten signature.

4) Certifying that you have current Auto Liability Insurance on each vehicle you are registering and will provide copies to the Events Department or this registration will not be valid.

5) I assume all risk of bodily injury or property damage that myself, and associated with my vehicle, may incur while participating in the Classy Chassis Parade and Car Show.

6) I agree that I am liable for all guests associated with my registered vehicle(s).

7) If I fail to attend the event, am removed from the event for any reason or violate any rules of the event, I understand that I will not receive a refund.

8) Acknowledge that you have read and understand the General Rules & Regulations listed above.

I hereby irrevocably, for myself, my spouse, my child, my heirs, executors, administrator and assigns do hereby expressly and forever release and agree to hold harmless the City of East Wenatchee, Eastmont Metropolitan Park District, Les Schwab, all sponsors and all directors, from any and all claims arising out of or in connection with the participation of myself, my spouse, my child, or any third party in the Classy Chassis Parade.
