Whether you are a programmer, an artist, a writer, commentator, Youtuber, collector, or simply a fan - we want to hear from you! Have a fun idea for a panel to entertain and excite attendees? Please fill out the below form if you'd like to host a panel!
Terms & Conditions
MidSouth Mega Con 2025 Panel Application Contract
Time Slot: All panels will fill a 45 minute slot, unless more or less time is requested.
Application: Submitting a panel does not guarantee acceptance. MSMC reserves the right to approve panels that appeal to a wide demographic that can be enjoyed by all ages.
Tickets: Panelists are provided a free weekend pass.
Offensive Material: MSMC is a family-friendly event and reserves the right to deny panels for displaying inappropriate or offensive materials.
Weather: This is a rain or shine event (this is held indoors).
Appearance: By applying for a panel, you agree to attend your panel with ample time to set up any necessary elements. If something comes up, communication from applicant is expected as early as possible. Failure to do so can mean being barred from working with Bell Premier Events in any future show.
Violation: Violators of the terms & conditions of this agreement will be asked to leave event. Participation in future events run by Bell Premier Events may also be denied.
