Main Event is FREE - Herb Fair - Saturday June 21, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Additional ticketed events throughout the weekend, June 20-22.

About the registration

Two Stages

Each band plays 1 to 2 hours.

All musicians are paid. 

 

We have a limited number of musician spaces open for family friendly, G-rated, upbeat, positive music at Lavender Festival 2025. 

 

We are looking for quality, local musicians for two stages.

 

  • Main Stage is under the big tent in Jackson Square. We offer professional sound at this stage.  
  • Stage West is in front of the United Way Building on Broadway Ave. We have a small sound system in this location.

 INDEMNITY By submitting this application, I acknowledge I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the information outlined in the vendor information pages. In addition, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lavender Festival, Jackson Square Association and its members, Grow Oak Ridge, the City of Oak Ridge, their officers, employees, and agents for any claims, damage costs and attorney fees for injuries or damages arising from our participation in Lavender Festival. PERMISSION I give permission for the use of the images supplied with this application, for promotional purposes. I give permission to link my website from the promoter's web page.
