Terms & Conditions
Entry Fee/Deposit
Once accepted, a $1,200 non-refundable fee is required to secure your space. The fee is due by March 3, 2025.
Insurance Requirement
Each vendor must provide a copy of their certificate of liability insurance with the following provisions:
a) Certificate Holder - Macon Georgia's International Cherry Blossom Festival, Inc. 794 Cherry Street, Macon, GA 31201 should be listed as the certificate holder.
b) Additional Insured - Macon Georgia's International Cherry Blossom Festival, Inc. 794 Cherry Street, Macon, GA 31201 as Additional Insured with respect to any liability arising from the applicant's participation in the Cherry Blossom Festival.
c) Cancellation Clause - The insurance certificate shall state the policy certified will neither be canceled nor reduced in limits without a 30-day notice delivered by certified mail to the Cherry Blossom Festival.
Check-In & Set-Up
- Truck spaces will be determined on a first-come, first-served basis and will be assigned by Cherry Blossom Festival staff.
- Set up can begin no earlier than Friday, March 28, 2025 at 6:00PM, unless otherwise approved.
- Each Food Truck must be completely set up no later than 8:00AM on Saturday, March 29, 2025.
-All trucks must be ready for the Health Department and Fire Department inspections by 8:00AM.
Food Trucks Only
Please note that we are only permitting businesses that operate as food trucks to participate. Tents, pop-up stands, and other non-truck setups will not be allowed.
This policy ensures consistency in vendor setup and enhances the overall experience for attendees.
Security
The Cherry Blossom Festival assumes no responsibility for any theft or damage to vendor related products during the festival.
Presentation
- All food trucks must be 100% self-contained.
- All business activity and other activity, for which the vendors have rented space, must be conducted within the designated vehicle space only! No distribution, canvassing, flyers or vending of any kind may be done by strolling through the festival grounds.
- All vehicles must be removed from the front of the vending area no later than 9:30AM each day.
- Vendors must post prices in a legible manner and in a visible place within/on their vehicle.
- Consumption of drug and alcoholic beverages by vendors, volunteers or employees of vendors in their vehicle is strictly prohibited. Any failure to comply with these rules may result in expulsion from the event.
- No water, grease or any other liquid may be dumped on the pavement. No containers should drain onto the pavement.
- Each truck must have a hood compression system to pass the fire department inspection.
- Each vendor must follow the food service guidelines as set by the Macon-Bibb County Health Department. A temporary food service permit will be issued by the Health Department inspector to each food vendor on the morning of Saturday, March 29, 2025 for operation. Vendors should contact Shondreka Webster with the Health Department for any questions at (478)749-0121 or shondreka.webster@dph.ga.gov.
Load Out
- Load out cannot begin prior to 7:00PM on Sunday, March 30, 2025.
- All vendors must be packed up and have the area completely vacated by 9:00PM on Sunday, March 30, 2025.
Food & Drink Sales
All beverages MUST be purchased on-site from the local Coca-Cola Bottler in Macon.
-All beverages sold must be the approved packages of CBF and Coca-Cola.
- Each vendor may sell only the CBF approved foods listed with their application form. Unapproved or unlisted menu offerings will result in immediate removal of vendor from the event along with forfeiture of fees.
- The sale of alcoholic beverages of any kind is strictly prohibited.
- Each vendor must pay the Georgia State Sales and Use Tax Department a percentage of gross sales to comply with state and local sales tax regulations. State of Georgia Sales Tax: Lynn Borders at (478) 751-6050.

- Menus must be pre-approved by the CBF in order to avoid duplication of product being sold at the event. - FORCE MAJEURE. I understand and agree that neither Macon Georgia's International Cherry Blossom Festival, Inc., nor I (the “parties”) will be liable for any failure or delay in performing an obligation under this Agreement that is due to any of the following causes, to the extent beyond the Party’s reasonable control: natural disasters or acts of God, accident, riots, war, terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, civil commotion, breakdown of communication facilities, breakdown of web host, breakdown of internet service provider, natural catastrophes, governmental acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations, national strikes, fire, explosion, generalized lack of availability of raw materials or energy. For the avoidance of doubt, Force Majeure shall not include (a) financial distress nor the inability of either party to make a profit or avoid a financial loss, (b) changes in market prices or conditions, or (c) a party's financial inability to perform its obligations hereund
- By checking the box below, I acknowledge that it is my sole responsibility to complete and submit all necessary forms and applications to the Department of Public Health, Macon-Bibb Fire Department, Georgia State Sales and Use Tax Department, Coca-Cola and any other persons working alongside the Cherry Blossom Festival for the execution of this event. I understand that if I don't adhere to all of the required documentation by the deadline(s), the $1,200 fee will be non-refundable under any condition.
- By checking the box below, I acknowledge that I have received, read and agree to abide by the Cherry Blossom Festival Food Truck Frenzy Rules and Regulations. I understand that any group or organization that fails to adhere to these rules and regulations will, at the decision of the Cherry Blossom Festival, be asked to vacate the premises immediately and not be allowed to participate in future festival events.
