Terms & Conditions
Before submitting your Entertainment Application for ShopFest Utah, please carefully review and acknowledge the following terms and conditions:
- Application Review:
- The ShopFest Utah organizing team will review all applications.
- Selection will be based on factors such as talent, suitability for the event, and availability.
- Performance Commitment:
- If selected, you agree to perform at the designated time and stage during ShopFest Utah, as specified by the event organizers.
- Promotion:
- You grant ShopFest Utah the right to use your name, image, and promotional materials for event promotion and advertising purposes.
- Compensation:
- Compensation details, if applicable, will be communicated upon selection.
- Cancellation:
- In the event of a performance cancellation, please inform the event organizers as early as possible.
- Technical Requirements:
- It is imperative that sound requirements are submitted to our team at least 30 days before the event to allow our sound team adequate preparation time.
- Liability:
- ShopFest Utah and its organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or liability incurred during your performance.
- Code of Conduct:
- Performers are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor while participating in ShopFest Utah.
- Updates:
- Any updates or changes to your application details should be promptly communicated to the event organizers.
- Acceptance of Terms:
- Submission of your application indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
